If you are trying to attract something into your life, a very important secret to receiving it is to have the ability to detach yourself from it, let go and allow the universe to deliver it. The attitude that we should ideally have is: 'The universe is lining everything up just right, and the timing will be perfect. I'm doing everything exactly right. Meanwhile there isn't anything else for me to do but let go and allow the universe to manifest my desires in the best possible way for me.'
The law of attraction works on many levels and is always in operation, just as the law of gravity is. Just because you can't yet see your desires doesn't mean that they aren't coming. Unfortunately, by worrying why they aren't here yet, and wondering how you will get them, you will start to push them away. Many people make the mistake of trying to think how they are going to get their desires. For example, if they want a sum of money, they will imagine winning the lottery. This then narrows down the opportunities for the universe to bring your desires to you. If you don't try to work out how you will get it, you free the universe to bring the money to you in a variety of ways and it may be manifested much quicker.
You are also trying to force your desires- this will only serve to push them further away from you. You have to get into a state of allowing.
Once you have stated your intentions, you need to detach yourself from your desires; let go of how you will obtain them as this is the universe's work. Just allow things to be.
So next time you find yourself thinking: 'I need to write another affirmation, or I should try to start this business. I need to do something and take some action. I must be doing something wrong, or what I'm wanting would be here already,' forget it. What you need to do is relax and accept that you've done your work. You've asked and now the universe is doing its work- it is answering. Your job now is to get into a place of accepting and allowing. Of course, you may still need to take some action, but this will be 'inspired action'- you will feel the urge to do something and when you do, it will feel right. This is the universe guiding you, so trust your instincts and gut feelings.
You can't worry about when your desire is coming, where it's coming from or even if it's coming. You accept it is coming at the best possible time and in the best possible way and that all is well. You also accept that you will receive divine inspiration to act at the right time and in the right way. And as you do this, you are well on your way to receiving your desire.
If you can stay detached from the attainment of your desires, genuinely stop worrying how long it will take to get them, and trust that the Universe will deliver them at the best possible time and in the best possible way, you will be in a very powerful place indeed.

Law of Attraction - You Can Only Attract to You, What Matches Your Vibrational Energy -- By Edel D O'Mahony

How often have you tried to avoid queues of traffic or queues at the supermarket, only to end up in the longest one going?
Maybe you have gone out to a club with your friends and are determined to avoid those men or women who seem to have a radar for you and then become human leaches, only to find the epitome of leaching finds you and follows you everywhere?
There is a very logical reason why this happens and is grounded in scientific facts. It all comes down to the energy you vibrate out. 'How could I do that?' You ask, 'I'm not an electrical power source?' Actually you ARE.
You see, these physical bodies operate, function through electrical stimulus, which comes through every cell and molecule, these are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons, which create energy.
There has been much research conducted and proven that everything in our bodies vibrates at a certain frequency, a Hertz rating (Hz) every organ, every cell, even your brain, it is found a brain will resonate at 76Hz, a genius brain resonates at 82Hz. So you are constantly vibrating out energetic resonance and this will always be determined by what you believe is the perception of your environment.
The Universal laws tell us 'what is like unto itself is drawn' that is, what you energetically vibrate out you will attract back the same vibrational frequency.
Let me give you an example, you know when you have 'one of those days' where everything that could go wrong does. The train is late, there are so many people on the pavement you can't walk any quicker, you get to work late, the computer decides to have a hissy fit on you, your boss dumps loads of extra work on your desk as a colleague is of sick. Get the picture?
Well this has all come about by what you have resonated out energetically, because you set your initial focus on 'I don't want to be late today' or 'I hope the trains work properly today' even 'I hate this job, I'm so not appreciated' you have managed to do several things in the process.
1. You have created the belief for yourself that you in some way are not worthy to have things run smoothly, easily and effortlessly. It might be a lack of self belief or not being confident, especially if you find yourself in a job you do not like.
2. Your belief is the signal your cells pick up which are transmitted throughout your electrical nervous system, your body then reacts to your beliefs and sends this out as a vibrational resonance.
So what resonates out will attract the same back, this will happen in the experiences and opportunities that present themselves to you, agreeing with the fact you are not worthy to have things run smoothly or by giving you lots of examples where you are not respected.
So how do you change this?
You have to change the way you believe, notice I did not say think.
It is not as simple as it sounds, as your changed thoughts will not change the resonance alone, this is where your emotions come in and with emotions comes how your perceive yourself and your experiences - your beliefs.
You will need to consciously build belief in yourself, to expect good things in your life, to have all your experiences run smoothly and believe that they will and then you begin to alter the energetic frequency you resonate out.
Imagine, being able to change all 'those days' into 'what a day!' and it is totally possible!

Law Of Attraction: Rule Opportunities With Inspired Actions - By Wenny Yap

Mankind has been created with the ability to self-regulate themselves. We have the ability to control our emotions, behaviors and desires in order to obtain the rewards that we look forward to. In fact, rationally we can say we hold the capacity to efficiently manage our future through a series of decision-making and inspired actions depending on our level of self-control. With this ability, we can safely establish that we have the controls to make the law of attraction work for us or against us.
We may or may not be happy with the current situations in our life. If we are happy, we would tend to self-regulate ourselves positively and thus taking more positive decisions and actions to enhance our future. If life is on the contrary for us, we can still regulate ourselves positively into making the right decisions and making the right moves to attract the rewards we are looking for. Control our focus, thoughts and feeling positively and the law of attraction's magnetic force will attract the likes to us in the form of opportunities. What are these opportunities?
By now, most believers of the law of attraction will understand that the manifestations of our wants does not necessarily unfold exactly in the same sequence as the visions in our thoughts. They come in various forms, directions and channels which are called opportunities. These opportunities surround us constantly and it is entirely up to us to decide where and how to seize them. Just as the great American inventor, Thomas Edison had said, "Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work."
Nothing is going to change if we just rest on our laurels and go about our regular actions that keep us busy running in circles with our everyday activities. Do not forget that we are still helming our self-control and we can decide to spring into action. It is up to us to take inspired actions to move us closer towards our rewards. Remember the equation to the law of attraction is:
Thoughts + Feeling + Actions = Results
So, taking inspired actions is the final step to edge towards the results we are looking forward to. Inspired actions are initiated from the inner voice that's nudging us to move which we sometimes called it as 'gut feelings'. These gut feelings are coming from the bigger picture that the Universe is delivering to us. We can't see the whole picture yet until we have taken the actions that we are being inspired to take. Every now and then, take a 2-minute sabbatical from the regular actions to quiet our mind, still our thoughts and relax our body. This will allow us to self-regulate ourselves in order to hear the inner voices more clearly and move as it speaks.
Coincidentally, there are two important behaviors we formed while we self-regulate which is commitment and perseverance. Consistently allowing these two new behaviors to sit in all our decision-making can certainly help us to be more productive with each opportunity we seize. We can be unstoppable once we have tapped successfully into the full equation of the law of attraction.

Thinking good feeling, positive thoughts makes you feel good, attracting good things. Check in with yourself periodically during the day to see if your current thoughts are leading you toward what you want, or what you don't want. Make it a habit do this whenever you're in the bathroom, whenever you hit a red light, or when you check the time.

2) Change your mind! You only have to hold a thought (good or bad) for 16 seconds and the Law of Attraction will begin attracting more thoughts of the same vibrational frequency to you. Turn negative thoughts to positive by reaching for a better feeling thought. Frame the thought in your mind in a way that feels good to you, giving you a sense of relief. Don't shoot for ecstatic if you're feeling blue, just reach for feeling a little better than you do now. Then you'll have access to even better feelings!

3) Imagine yourself already there! Don't worry about how the thing you want is going to happen, or tell yourself all the reasons why it can't. Just see it as if it's already occurred, as if you've already achieved or acquired it. See it from the end! Be clear about what you want, don't let doubt interfere.

4) Be a daydream believer! Using all of your senses, visualize your dream for 15 minutes a day. 5) Want to attract? Act! Support your visualization by taking 'real life' actions. Tour a show home, test drive a new car, make new business cards, write a list of the characteristics your true love, or your wonderful clients, will have.

6) Make a Vision Board A vision board is a physical representation of your goal, pictures and words that inspire you. Have fun making it, hang it someplace prominent and focus on it daily. While focusing, call up the feelings you'll have when this vision for your future becomes your reality. Delicious!

7) Use Affirmations Choose affirmations that support the life you're designing. Write them in the present tense, and as positive as possible. Say with feeling as often as possible, at least daily, and post written affirmations posted where you'll see them often. 9) Feel Good! Make feeling good a priority. Is it really necessary to stay angry at the driver who cut you off, or the snarly cashier you encountered? Is it helping you, or the people you're 'sharing' your unhappy experience with? Just let it go, and see how much better you feel. Lighten up! Smile as often as possible throughout the day! Savor good feelings as much as possible, and more reasons to feel good will come to you! You'll also stop attracting those with axes to grind!

We all wish that the law of attraction is something that we can just say and what we said would magically happen. We all wish it was that simple but making the law of attraction work for you is a bit tricky. It seems like the universe is telling us that yes, we can get whatever we want but we have to figure out a very complex code of asking for it to get it.

It's really not an issue on whether you believe the law of attraction or not. By making it simple, you can practice the law of attraction without having to understand all about manifestation, affirming and stuff. It can't really hurt to try right? With these very simple to do tips, the law of attraction made simple will definitely help you out.

Start your day right, think positive thoughts.
Most of my thoughts the moment I wake up is all about how I don't want to get out to bed and brave traffic to get to work and then just deal with all the stress of work. I didn't know that I was already setting myself up for failure by thinking negative thoughts long before my day even started. I was basically dooming myself to face traffic and stress with just those thoughts. This is why I now make a conscious effort to wake up to positive thoughts.

I start with going to bed and not worrying about things. I don't think about the bills or that pending report or the presentation I had to make. Sleep is all about rest so I make sure that I clear my mind of all these and that I'll wake up and pay my bills on time, finish the pending report and make a great presentation. The most difficult thing to do however is to stop worrying the moment I wake up. It's just habit to start thinking of what to do for that day and not worry. I've realized that the best way to stop thinking bad thoughts right away though is by focusing on anything in the room and stop myself from thinking about anything. When I've achieved that, I then fill my mind with good positive thoughts about what and how my day will be.

Focus, keep your mind off negativity.
I discovered that the most effective way to stop thinking negative thoughts is by focusing on what I am doing. If I have my whole attention to the task at hand, I prevent myself from worrying or thinking that bad things will happen.

There, it's as easy as that. You don't have to buy into the whole idea but just practice these things and who knows, you might just get what you wanted.

Meaning and Delusion

All of this brings me to another observation about synchronicities. They don’t necessarily mean what we think they do. They are simply parallel events. Something has happened in the outer world that parallels something in our inner world. They are a signature, a sign that something deep has moved within the psyche.

I knew someone who miss‑read a synchronicity and wound up stranded in the middle of a desert. She was deeply into UFOs at the time and yearned to be picked up by the “mother ship.” For weeks, she had been having fantasies about going out to the desert where she would be picked up. I think that Close Encounters had just come out, and perhaps this fueled her fantasy. Anyway, one night while sending her fervent prayers “home to the Pleiades,” a falling star streaked across the sky. She “knew” that this was a communication from her galactic brothers and sisters. They were coming to pick her up.

Some might also call her experience a sign, but in my mind, signs appear on their own without any mental correspondence. In other words, she was fervently sending a prayer out to the universe when the meteor streaked across the sky. The meteor appeared simultaneously with her mental activity. This made it a synchronicity.

She quit her job and sold her stuff. She only kept some clothes and her Ford Pinto. She drove out from North Carolina to the desert of New Mexico and waited for the rendezvous.

But the mother ship never showed up. I think she waited for a few weeks, until she ran out of food, water and money. She returned home broke, with no job, and with friends who thought she had gone over the edge.

She had misinterpreted the synchronicity. It had not meant what she thought it did. And I think that is the danger with these strange creatures of our mind. Just because they have an “other worldly quality” and feel so strong, we best not jump to conclusions in regards to what they mean.

The whole thing is made even more complex, however, by the fact that sometimes synchronicities truly are a message from our deeper selves. In such moments they are like the finger of destiny, and a lot hangs on whether we listen or not‑just not always.

No matter how much you study the law of attraction and learn how to visualize and set goals, there is one practice that can make all the difference. It's al about Appreciation for whatever IS in your life. Living our lives as if Thanksgiving were every day is the secret to living more abundantly at any age. Women in midlife who have learned this secret have truly tapped into the age of miracles.

Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays -perhaps because it's around my birthday - but, even more because at an early age, I was aware of all the many gifts I had been given.. -Several years ago, I started doing a GRATITUDE JOURNAL - writing at least 5 things each day for which I am grateful - I've become so conscious of all the GOOD in my life....

In this article, I want to share with you one key principle I've learned by practicing gratitude and I'm going to do it by telling you a story:

because We always have all we need -

but we don't always recognize it:

The following story comes from Anthony de Mello, a Jesuit living in India. His tales are for people of all faiths.

A man decided to follow the will of God, and for his direction he went out alone into the forest. In a clearing he saw a three legged fox. 'I wonder how that fox survives?' he said to himself. 'I will hide here and discover the answer to this mystery.' In due course a tiger appeared, with the remnants of a carcass in its jaws. It ate its fill, and then left the remains for the little three legged fox.

The man thought this was wonderful, and started to pray. He prayed for days, and gradually, into his prayers there came a strange and nagging feeling. He was hungry. The little fox too, was hungry, and had removed every scrap of meat from the bones of the carcass. Eventually the prayers of the little fox must have been answered. The tiger returned, and again it carried a freshly killed animal in its jaws. The man rejoiced, and started to pray fervently, with pictures of a great and wonderful banquet in his mind. The tiger left, the little fox ate his fill, and curled up to sleep. The man almost cried out for hunger, and prayed even more.

After three more days the prayers had changed. Not a banquet - even a crust of bread would do. He was starving to death. The little fox too, was getting hungry. At last the tiger returned, and again it carried fresh meat.

The man cried out against God. 'Lord', he said 'You have deceived me. You led me out here to the forest, you brought me to this clearing and you showed me this little three legged fox. You showed me how he was fed and Lord I prayed to you all this time and now I'm dying of hunger. Is this the way you treat your disciples?'

At that very moment a voice answered the man.

'A three legged fox? No, I didn't show you a fox. I showed you a tiger'

Life continually presents us with tigers - but, we're so busy looking for foxes that we miss the message. The course in Miracles - I'm never upset for the reason I think...
Always look for ANOTHER meaning.

I call this practice "meditation" but you can call it relaxation, prayer, quiet time, solitude or whatever you like. It's about taking a little time out of your day, every day, and just getting quiet and focusing your attention inward. It's about getting in touch with your inner wisdom (or source energy flowing through you).
Deciding to get aligned is a bit like deciding to get physically fit. It just sounds like hard work and many people hate the idea and have convinced themselves that they simply can't do it. And when you start an exercise regime, you may not see or feel any progress for quite a while. In fact, if anything, you may feel worse because not only do you not feel fit, you are now also more tired because your body is adjusting and you may even be a little depressed because you think you're putting in a lot of effort and there are no results. It FEELS LIKE it's not working!!
I probably don't have to tell you that if you don't stick with your physical exercise regime, you will not change your body. But if you do stick with it - even though it's pretty tough in the beginning - you WILL begin to see results and it WILL become easier and easier as time goes on and it WILL eventually become a habit that you won't skip unless you have to. You will probably begin to love it.
Now, I know that physical fitness seems to come easier to some than to others. Some seem to be made for it and others really struggle to attain even a moderate level of fitness. I'm not gonna lie to ya - my experience is that spiritual fitness is similar. Some people seem naturally tuned in to their spirit and appear to attain a connection with seemingly little effort while others struggle for moderate success. And the truth is that I'm probably closer to the latter group than the former. The point is that no matter who you are or where you are on the continuum, you would do well for yourself to make your spiritual fitness a priority, to whatever level works for you. You do have to start and the EVERY DAY part is actually more important that the "how much you sweat when you're doing it" part is.
Just like with physical exercise, you will have on and off days, even as a practiced individual. Even after years of meditating, there will be days when you feel you are starting from scratch and days where you feel like you could take on the universe. It doesn't mean you stop the whole thing and say this doesn't work for me. You keep going the next day and the next and the next.
But you must start and you must continue to do it. It doesn't have to be spooky or weird or even particularly "spiritual". You just need to quiet your mind as best you can. You will not be able to stop all thought. You are made of thought. This is a thought based cosmos and you are thought vibration in an endless sea of thought waves. (I like to think of myself as one of God's brain cells.) So, don't start with the defeatist attitude that you simply cannot meditate because you can't stop your thoughts and therefore meditation doesn't work for you as an individual. Just like with physical exercise, there will be something you can do that will suit your style and it may not be the thing everyone else is doing. Maybe everyone else is jogging but you hate jogging. You may prefer to take long walks. Maybe the only kind of exercise you can really enjoy and get into is splashing around in the paddling pool. Well then do that. The point is, no one can tell you what kind of meditative exercise will work for you. It's not one size fits all. But you need to explore and find something you think you could enjoy and start doing it.
We're also not talking about hours of meditation every day. This isn't about sitting on hot coals for extended lengths of time or stopping all thought for at least one hour every day. It really is just about taking 5 and seeking solitude for a few minutes. It's just about getting quiet and getting in touch with that inner world. If trying to calm your mind and thought processes just seems way too much like hard work, then try this exercise that I developed based on an old meditation technique called thought observation. I call it "Stepping Back":
Find yourself a quiet time and space in which to do this practice. Quiet your mind and focus on your breathing. Breath deeply and evenly and try to centre yourself, meaning, just find a place of peace where your mind can be at rest. Unless you are an avatar at meditation, thoughts will eventually begin to drift back into your consciousness. Instead of releasing them and bringing your mind back to your breathing, do release them in one large exhale, but let them float onto a large screen (like a cinema screen) that is some distance away from you, where they will smear out onto the surface of the screen. Alternatively, you may like to release them in "bubbles" as if you were under water. They can either stay in the bubble and you can watch them from the outside or they can "pop" onto the surface of the water and play out that way. Now you can let the thought or scenario play out in front of you, but try to maintain an "outside" point of view as if you were watching a film. Try not to be "in" the movie or character, just watch and observe. Let the emotions, which are attached to the scene stay in your "character". You, however, are detached. Allow the scene to play out. When the next thought comes, do the same.

Once you get comfortable with this, it can become an extremely powerful tool - especially when you combine it with some of the other techniques I have developed. The Law of Attraction has been a very popular subject since people became introduced to it through the film and video of The Secret. In truth it has been around a lot longer than that, the reality is it has been in existence since time itself began.
There have been dozens of books written on what the Law of Attraction (LoA) can do, what you can achieve by using it and how it has turned peoples lives around and made them hugely successful.
But even so people still struggle with the LoA! Not just merely believing in its existence, but also in figuring out how to make it work for them.

1. Decide - Decide what it is you want in life and concentrate on this. Do not let your mind dwell on the things you do not want
2. Affirmations - Use Positive Affirmations on a daily basis to penetrate your subconscious mind
3. Visualize - See yourself already having or doing whatever it is you want. See the situation through your own eyes. Always make your visualizations be positive
4. Allowing - Allow all into your life, the more you resist want you dot want the more you will get what you don't want
5. Gratitude - Learn to show and appreciate Gratitude for all that you have
So were the LoA is concerned you attract into your life that which is your most dominant thought. It can be a frightening realisation to think that all the events in your life, both good and bad have been attracted by yourself.
So to make the LoA work for you, you have to take control of your thoughts by using the Law of Attraction Techniques as listed above.

1. Be crystal clear about what you want.




Have you ever noticed that you're not sure what you actually want? Because we were taught that wanting too much was selfish and greedy, most of us don't know our own minds, or are afraid to voice our real desires.



The good news is that you don't have to share your desires, goals, or aspirations with anyone who isn't supportive. But you must articulate them to yourself. It's preferable to write your intentions down on paper. Keep a journal of your desires with dated entries. Having your desires written down will help you focus your attention. Having a dated entry will help you measure when your intentions actually manifest.



As they manifest you build your faith muscles. The entire process gets easier and easier. The same way repetition of any practice will eventually give you mastery.



2. Find the mismatch in your beliefs.

On the other hand, we've been raised with the conflicting beliefs that we have to work hard in order to be worthy. We were told we must pay our dues. That life's hard. These beliefs are so ingrained we hardly question them. We believe our beliefs! The truth is you were born worthy. You don't have to do anything extra or special to be worthy. Start exploring what that might feel like.



It's time for you to surface up any other beliefs that don't serve you. Limiting beliefs that are running in your energy field are keeping you and your desires apart. That's the reason most of us aren't manifesting what we want. We have a mismatch in the energy that relates to our desires. And you know that everything is energy. You know the Universe matches and mirrors back more about what we're transmitting. If we transmit mixed signals to the Universe, we get mixed results.

How Your Belief System Determines Your Future By Damien Clarke

Belief systems shape our behaviors, and impact our choices. The manner in which we express ourselves, the careers we choose, the number of children we have, the neighborhoods we live in are all born from our beliefs. The more in touch you are with your belief system, the more mindful and conscious you will be in going after goals and making decisions.
People who struggle to make decisions are often not in touch with their beliefs, which is an underlying motivator in coming to a decision. When you have an immediate reaction to a decision, or an immediate answer to a question, it's because you have conviction. You are comfortable and familiar with your authentic self. Having a belief system is similar to having an internal compass, which keeps you on track. If you start to get too far off the trail, your belief system, or internal compass, is there to steer you back.
If your actions aren't in agreement with what you believe you'll experience discomfort emotionally and mentally. This can happen when you are in a social setting for instance, and someone shares a joke or story that is at odds with your values. If you speak out, you risk offending your peers, however if you remain silent, you may suffer internally because you're not being your authentic self.
Think about when you set a goal. The goal you want to accomplish cannot be in opposition with your beliefs, or you won't actually achieve it. It's important to understand what your values are, and their role in your decision making process.
When you find yourself considering an important decision, your belief system is there to help guide you. Sometimes it can act like the "little voice" in your head. It keeps you grounded, and confident in your actions and decisions. Understanding that your belief system is like an emotional guidance system, or GPS, will enable you to access it when you need it.
Having a belief system is important to living a fulfilling life. Being in touch with your motivations and values keeps you in the driver's seat. You'll operate with more confidence and make more effective decisions.

Is There Law of Attraction Proof?

You are what you think.
It is probably true to say that there are more people who fail than succeed with the law of attraction and really there is no scientific way to prove or disprove the validity of the claims made. People give up on many things but that does not mean that a system is necessarily flawed.
The law of attraction is said to take place in the subconscious mind. The method of attraction is to feed into our subconscious minds images and thoughts of the things that we want to attract or bring about. It is recommended that we send these message consistently and with feeling.
The complex and often counter-intuitive theories of quantum physics have given credence to some of the theories propounded in the law of attraction. Everything is made up of the same energy force that makes and surrounds everything and this energy has a vibration which ultimately we can control and harmonise with in order to bring the things we wish to fruition. So like magnets we attract into our lives the things that we have given our attention to.
The advocates of the law state that you must fundamentally change the way that you think. Beyond the hocus-pocus of magic it is true to say that changing the way you think will change your focus and will open you up to different experiences. On a practical level this can translate into taking action where you would not have bothered before, seeing opportunities that you would not have noticed before.
Changing the way we think really does alter our perception. Your perception can be changed by altering your focus, for example, on a mundane level if you buy a new car you will probably suddenly see the make of your car everywhere, whereas, previously, you would not have noticed. Looking at things in a different way will cause some form of change and used positively it can lead us out of places in which we have felt unable to move from.
If your glass is half full, this mental attitude sets you up to take advantage of the opportunities around and makes you improvise and invent more fluidly. Beyond the magical metaphysics that may or may not inhabit the world of attraction, having a positive mental attitude is a valuable attribute to have. As an example, the sports psychology employed by many successful sports men and women have affirmations and visualizations at its core.
People who follow the law state that changing the way you think is a difficult part of re-programming because you have to eliminate the negative influences and thoughts from your life and your thought patterns. This process needs to travel deep down into your psyche and build your belief system. It is recommended that any affirmations are supported by encouraging a feeling that will give power to your attraction efforts. In this respect the law has support from neuro-linguistic programming which has certainly helped numbers of people with problems such as smoking and weight.
But real proof is not available to us. The effectiveness of the law of attraction is subjective and anecdotal. The believers must believe with good reason and the sceptics simply point to all the people who give up on this system. The real question is perhaps have people failed because they have not used the law correctly or because the law does not work at all?

The Law Of Attraction-We Are Vibrational Beings in a Vibrational Universe

The term vibrational being is coined by Abraham. Abraham is a cluster of non-physical beings who expresses blocks of thought through Esther Hicks. They bring the message of The Law of Attraction, the most powerful law in the universe.  Jerry and Esther Hicks have been traveling for over 30 years now, mostly throughout the United States, spreading the word about the Law of Attraction.
The Law of Attraction has been made popular by the movie "The Secret" that came out a few years ago.
The teachings of Abraham have changed my life in ways I can only describe as a relief.  I remember the first time I listened to a DVD by Abraham as expressed through Esther Hicks. I was in tears throughout the video because I felt such enormous relief. I was hearing a message that I needed to hear and had not heard for a long time.
Abraham tells us that we are worthy beings, that our lives are supposed to be happy abundant and joyful. Life is suppose to be fun is the message.
Now for me, even though I wanted my life to be fun and happy, I was not feeling those emotions most of the time. Somehow, I had forgotten who I really was. I was so confused with all that I had learned in my studies as a teacher/psychologist and in my life experience, that this message hit home as a deep knowing that I had lost touch with this that I really was.
I realized that at last I was coming HOME to myself. I believed this message at a deep deep level. A KNOWING was recognized.
We are vibrational beings. What does this mean? And we live in a vibrational universe. What does this mean? Practically, what does this mean?
Well I have come to learn  that the word vibration refers to our EMOTIONS.  Have you ever felt angry and noticed the energy in that emotion. When people get angry there is a lot of emotion expressed. It comes from deep within and often it feels like it is uncontrollable.  Now in our culture, we are mostly afraid of our anger and tend to stuff it because it is unpopular. People do not find it fun to be around.
But in that emotion is a message that is most important and if we want to be well, we must listen to it. I am only choosing anger because this is an emotion that we have all felt and perhaps all tried to 'stuff.'  What this emotion is telling us is that the thought that we are thinking in this moment is not accurate.  That is why if feels so bad.
Now it may be more truthful than say the despair we had been feeling, because despair has much less energy than anger but nonetheless,  neither anger nor despair is our truth.
What could be some of the things that we are despairing or angry about?  Well as a psychologist and a woman who has experienced a lot of life both wonderful and difficult, I have come to some conclusions about things that I think may be helpful to many of you.
I have come to the knowing that many many people are not seeing who they really are.  I was one of them. Through the teachings of Abraham, I know have an understanding of our emotions and their importance.
Our emotions are vibrations that we emit out into the universe and in return we receive the emotional equivalent of these emotions in the form of experiences and things and people.  It is called the law of attraction. We attract through our emotions which are  vibration.
Now most people are attracting unconsciously. They do not know that they are so powerful that they can be, do or have anything they want.  And they go about their lives believing that their thoughts  come and go and they have no control over them.
When one understands that we are vibrational and that we come from non-physical energy and that in this moment we are physically focused but we have a non-physical presence that is the larger part of us by far.  This non-physical part of us combined with our physical beings are powerful creators.  We have access to infinite intelligence that is the intelligence that creates worlds, beings and all things.
Our emotions or vibrations are indicators of how we are doing.  They are indicators that tell us if we are going towards or away from our happiness.  Each time we do something that feels bad to us (this can show in the form of emotions like hurt, anger, frustration, disappointment etc.), we are doing or thinking something that is taking us away from our true nature.
And likewise, each time we feel good (and this is shown in the emotions of joy, love, passion and a deep knowing), we know that this is an indicator that we are moving towards this that will bring us happiness.
Now we have decided what our happiness is. For example, if we are sick, we ask for wellness and this larger part of us takes that desire and makes it so. Our wellness is created vibrationally.  If we are poor, we ask for more money or abundance and this larger part of us takes this desire and makes it so as well. Everything we ask for is always given.
Ask and it is given is the truth.
So we want to take our emotions seriously.  They are the only guidance that will not go screwy on us, because they come from deep within us, from our infinite intelligence. Our emotions are our guidance, our truest form of guidance.
Now, have you ever had the experience of doing something that felt right even though there was not any factual evidence that this would be good for you. But you trusted this guidance and sure enough it led you to the path that you needed.
When we decide that there is nothing that is more important each day than that we feel good, then we will be truly living the life of our dreams. We will be led to everything that we have waiting for us in this vibrational place of abundance that we have created with our thoughts and emotions. This is how the Law of Attraction is at play. The Law of Attraction lies at the basis of all that is in our universe.

The Law of Attraction Requires Some Positive Thinking - Use Some Time Tested Sayings to Help You Out

We are so good at feeling negative and taking a negative standpoint on everything. We are negative about everything from the fact that we have to wait in line to get our coffee to the traffic jam to the get together that didn't work out the way we wanted. In conversations with others the normal topic is complaining, about anything. We watch negative things on TV and shake our head in agreement or misery, and we constantly think about all the negative things we no longer want in our lives. We literally dwell in a sea of negative and we've done if for so long that it is commonplace, and normal, to do so.
It has become easier to focus on the negative then the positive. But if you want to use the law of attraction to its fullest you may want to jump on the positive train.
In reality, positive thinking should not just be something we do when we want to attract something good into our lives but instead should be something we are always doing in every situation no matter how bad we can potentially make it out to be. Once you start using positive thinking in everyday tasks and conversations it will become a part of who you are and how you deal with situations and you will feel good - no great, and hopefully be contagious!
There are many sayings that we hear and say all the time that coincide with this kind of thinking like "Look at the bright side of life" or "See the glass as half full instead of half empty" or "Count your blessings" and the list goes on and on and on and the more we incorporate those sayings into our lives and start actually living them the better we will be able to attract what we want.
If you find a saying that makes sense in your head and rings truth to it then use it every time a negative feeling pops into your head.
For instance, if the saying 'count your blessings' makes you appreciate the good in life then use it in everyday situations. An example would be instead of being upset that you are not in the front of the line getting coffee and that you have to stand around waiting forever try to be grateful that you now have the time to solve a problem you've been having, or reflect on something funny that happened yesterday, or have the time to relax, or that you have the money to buy whatever you are in line for.
There is nothing better then feeling positive and good about your life so why waste your energy being negative and feeling bad?

Law of Attraction and YOU - How to Use The Law of Attraction and Get REAL Results

A lot of people that come across the Law of Attraction will end up with a lot of excitement and anticipation for all of the things that they want to manifest and attracting into their lives, only to become disappointed when it just does not seem to happen for them. If you are new to the idea of using the Law of Attraction to manifest your desires, and you just do not seem to be getting the real results that you are after, you may want to pay attention.



One of the main reasons why so many people fail to see real results, is that they are looking for some kind of magic to happen, some kind of mysterious force that is just going to bring a whirlwind of all of the good things and none of the bad things in life. I could sit back and say that I want to have a new car, but unless I get specific on what kind of car I actually want to have, there is not much that is going to help me actually get it. See, part of the magic of manifesting, is getting your brain to guide you to what is that you want to manifest or attract in your life. And until you get a clear picture of what that is, then you brain kind of doesn't really know what it wants, and it does not know how to get there. So, be clear, more importantly, be PRECISE in what you want to see manifest in YOUR life.



2. You have to be ready to go with whatever INSPIRES you.



Most of the "great" ideas that have come about did not really seem so great to anyone else, except for the person that had the idea. They had to go with their inspiration, and use that to motivate them to get what they wanted out of life. So, when you get an inspired idea, your first reaction should be to go with it. Unfortunately, most people seem to reject their inspired ideas, and instead let themselves sink back down into "reality" and of course, they never see any of the "magic" happen.



3. When you are filled with EXCITEMENT and PASSION, you need to take ACTION.



Have you ever really felt a real fire in your belly? When it seemed like you were just filled with both excitement and passion? That is when you need to take action. Without action, all you have is potential and that does not amount to much, really. The ability to take action is what separates the people that get real results from the Law of Attraction and those that end up waiting around for the results to just kind of appear.

This is very powerful if you are working from your soul's desire, but it is also exhausting and dis-empowering if you are working from some template your parents gave you. If any element is weak or missing, you won't have conscious manifestation.
Your Parents' Template
Do you know your soul's desire? If so, then, move on to the next topic, but if you have any doubt stay with me for a moment. Most of us are influenced by our parents. My father was an engineer and his sister was a successful business owner. He wanted me to be practical. My mother was my mother, and wanted me to be safe and happy. However, she had also worked for top executives and understood success according to the corporate mind. This is success based on goals and achievements and to-do lists.
I was interested in writing, art and nature from early in my childhood. Perhaps you can imagine how much serious encouragement I had in pursuing either of these. My mother thought these were lovely hobbies. My father thought they were impractical talents and referred to me as a dreamer. My father would have liked me to be an engineer, and my mother thought that teaching would work for me.
I was continually searching for how to fit my interests into my parents' boxes. As long as you try to do this, your horse is pulling an anchor, or your boat is sailing with only a jib, or your car is working with only one spark plug. You are severely dis-empowered as long as part of your energy is spent on trying to please someone else.
Allowing is the Key
The Hicks and Michael Losier emphasize that Allowing is necessary before your manifestations will come into this space/time continuum. What is this allowing?
In our formula, the Allowing is contained in Belief * Passion. Your beliefs are held in your subconscious. You might think of yourself as competent and able, or you might think of yourself as incompetent and clumsy. Either is a set of beliefs that will determine the outcome of your manifestations.
Your passion comes from walking your path, or being in the stream as the Hicks would say. Your passion will be highest when you are heading directly toward your soul's desire. Your passion will be lowest when you are following someone else's plan for you, such as your parents' template, or when you are fighting against their wishes.
