Using Meditation to Assist in the Art of Allowing ==== By Myril C Shaw Platinum Quality Author

There are three Universal Laws: The Law of Attraction; The Law of Deliberate Creation (sometimes referred to as The Science of Deliberate Creation), and; The Law of Allowing (also referred to as The Art of Allowing).
The Law of Attraction is very simple...that which is like unto itself is drawn. This is the most powerful, all-encompassing of the Universal Laws. It is the Law to which everything that happens can be attributed. We have no influence over the operation of the Law of Attraction. Like gravity, this law is always at work. Just as "what goes up must come down" is a persistent, ubiquitous consequence of gravity, the manifestation of those things upon which we focus is always the outcome of the Law of Attraction. While we cannot change the Law...we can change the things that "we throw up", or the things we focus on, and in so doing we change "what comes down", or the manifestations that we experience.
The Law of Deliberate Creation says that we create that which we think about. If we can deliberately focus our thoughts on that which we desire, we can create any outcome that we want. If we can focus on a pure desire for 68 seconds, we can begin the manifestation of that desire.
The Law of Allowing states that when we are in vibrational alignment with our desire, it will, at that point, come into our existence. The "trick" to allowing is to give up the needing, the fear, the want, the control and simply allow our expressed desires to be delivered by Universal Power. As physical beings, we tend to be "wired" to be control oriented. We want to influence the way something happens. We have a need to worry something until it happens-or not. Unfortunately, most of our worry focuses on the absence of something, or on the presence of a desired something and while our stated desire may be for what we want, our alignment is with that which we do not want...and so we get stuck.
It is important to recognize that our ability to desire something ensures that we can have it. Once we have expressed our desire, it goes into vibrational escrow until we allow ourselves to feel good and come into vibrational alignment with the positive expression of our desire.
It can be a challenge to "not think about something" and while we can force ourselves to focus on the affirmative side of our desire for periods of time, that is difficult while we are in our conscious state, since we are continually reminded about what we do not have.
Meditation quiets the mind. It stills the active, conscious thoughts and allows us to stop resisting. Active, guided meditation can provide us with focused periods of pure thought about our desire, without the tendency to drift back to the "side". Passive meditation allows the simple quieting of the mind...and so allows our vibrational level to rise naturally to the level of our desires.
In passive meditation, one simply sits quietly for 15 or 20 minutes, breathes normally and focuses on one's breathing. When thoughts drift in, and they will, they are simply released and focus returns to the breathing. It may be helpful to use quiet music or sounds of nature in the background. Today it is also possible to find binaural beat or brainwave entrainment audio accompaniments to meditation which very effectively help draw the mind into synchronized theta levels (which are the same as those when we are in the dream state) and allow very effective quieting of the buzz of conscious thoughts. Doing passive meditation once or twice a day will be of tremendous value in the Allowing process. During these quiet moments the pure value of our desires are allowed to manifest without the confusion of conscious thought, and so manifestation can come much more quickly.
Active, or guided meditation takes the form of holding an intent to think about a specific thing, like our desire, as we go through the meditative process. Now, instead of focusing on our breathing, we focus on our desire. This is very powerful. Again, it is possible to find audio aids which can, in semi-hypnotic ways, guide you into meditative relaxation and the absence of conscious noise and facilitate the focus on a specific desire. Exercising this form of pure thought powerfully influences the manifestation of desires.
Meditation helps us escape from the conscious blockages that impact our ability to effectively allow that we are trying to deliberately create by capitalizing on the Law of Attraction. Anyone who wishes to take control of their "manifestational life" should begin an active, daily program of meditations.

The Art of Allowing - Explained== By Amit A Desai Platinum Quality Author

When you detach yourself from the outcome you practice the art of allowing. When I say that you must be detached, I definitely do not mean that you must quit your job or just sit at home & wait for the next million dollar opportunity.
The Art of Allowing has got nothing to do with laziness. By practicing the art of allowing you automatically start to take inspired action. By letting go of your need to be, do, and have anything, you are in effect opening yourself up to allowing abundance in your life. Detachment from your outcome shows confidence that you are in fact worthy of anything you desire.
You must also avoid becoming attached and hoarding the things that show up in your life. If you are holding onto something, your hands are full and you are not open to receiving more. Be open to everything & attached to nothing.
Wanting sometimes doesn't create. This is because you are so attached with your wants. Become detached & only if you are truly happy with your current life, & are detached with the outcome you will get what you want.
The Art of Allowing is simply a state of being - a frequency of gratitude that you project into the world that says I am ready, I am abundant, all of my needs are always and effortlessly being met. You then become a powerful magnetic BEING & thereby allow your natural state of abundance become your chosen reality. When you are BEING it, you are ALLOWING it in.
Please do not misunderstand allowing with tolerating something. Because, when you are tolerating something, you are in effect not allowing it. Tolerating & Allowing are two different things.
When you come across a situation that bothers you & you decide that you not going to do anything to try to stop it or change it, you are in effect tolerating the situation. Tolerating & Allowing are not one & the same.
When you tolerate something, you feel negative emotion. When you allow it in, you do not feel negative emotion. And that is a very great difference, for it is the absence of negative emotion that is freedom!!! You cannot experience freedom when you have negative emotion.
When you tolerate, you feel negative emotion (energy in motion), & therefore you are still attracting but negatively & not positively. When you look for a solution, you feel good but when you look at the problem, you feel negative emotion.
Whenever you feel happy, joyous, blissful, you are always in the state of positive allowing. Only when you are willing to allow others, even in their not allowing of you; when you are able to be that which you really are, even when others do not approve of that which you are, you become a true allower.
Do you think that if someone with views & beliefs different from yours, gets their way, you can't have your way? There is a room for everything & everyone in this limitless & abundant universe.
There is great freedom in allowing circumstances to be, what they are and people to be who they are, whether you agree with them or not. So, how in the world will you accept situations and people that support & stand for something you do not?
The problem is, we tend to think that we can't have it both ways. So what do we do? We push ourselves against the flow of life! We hold protests, wage wars, we organize camps against drugs & we battle against diseases.
And yet, understanding the Law of Attraction -- that whatever you are focused on you attract more; what you resist always persists.
The Art of Allowing is about relaxing & having a relaxed, but positively focused mind. It means allowing the universe to deliver to you what you're wanting.
When you say yes to something, you attract more of that into your life, because that is what you are focused on. When you say no to something, you attract more of that into your life, because that is what you are focused on.
So in order to allow what you want to flow to you, you must allow others to focus on what they want - even if you don't agree with it. When you understand these principles and put them to use consciously, intentionally and deliberately, you put yourself in a place of non-resistance.

The Law of Allowing - The Art of Allowing Yourself and Others to Succeed By Michael Lee Platinum Quality Author

The law of allowing is one crucial aspect to the path of success. It's one of the anchors of the universal laws and is basically what its namesake suggests - giving permission and accepting yourself and others.
There's nothing complicated about the law of allowing. It's just in the basic human system to make everything as difficult as they could. We are the ones responsible for keeping our dreams and ambitions at bay. Ironic, isn't it?
The law of allowing has the power to change all that. Read on to find out how!
Law Of Allowing Others
This law suggests that we permit others to be who they are. This means no judging, no tolerating and no changing of other people.
Often, we look at a person and automatically dissect them for all they're worth. Baggy jeans? I bet he's a slacker. Spectacles and a bun on her head? She's the studious librarian type.
By passing all sorts of judgments on others, we're only making it difficult for us to get along with them. People are who they are. Trying to change them, to mold them in a way that fits your perspective of the world, won't bring you happiness.
Law Of Allowing Yourself
You may find it funny that you have to permit yourself to do anything or to feel anything at all in the first place. After all, we're talking about yourself here.
However, that is the problem with most people. They don't think they have to give themselves permission to do anything; and yet they have no idea how much they're holding themselves back.
For example, you want to have a beautiful house and a hot shot car. But then you tell yourself that's never going to happen and that it's a one in a million chance. See what I mean?
Allow yourself to love, to dream and to feel happy. Life will be all the more beautiful that way.
Law Of Allowing Success
The law of allowing is nothing if it doesn't help you achieve success. It gives you the license to become whoever you want to be and to have whatever you want. Unless you permit success to come into your life, your dreams and ambitions will forever elude you. It's that simple.
The law of allowing has a tremendous impact on the way we look at life. Allow yourself this freedom and everything else will fall into place.
